You can permanently delete your FixAxis account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains both options: in-app deletion and email-based request.
1. Developer & App Information

2. Delete Your Account from Inside the App
- Sign in at fixaxis.fit/login.
- Go to Dashboard → Settings.
- Scroll to the Danger Zone section.
- Click Delete My Account and confirm.
Your account will be deleted immediately and all personal data removed within 30 days.
3. Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot sign in, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address registered to your account.
We will verify your identity and complete deletion within 30 days as required by GDPR and KVKK.
4. What Data Is Deleted
- Account profile (name, email, hashed password, profile picture).
- Physical profile (birth year, height, weight, fitness level, goals).
- Workout history, AI Coach conversations, saved programs and favorites.
- Onboarding answers and personalization data.
5. What Data Is Retained (and Why)
- Billing/invoice records: retained for up to 10 years to comply with Turkish tax law (VUK) and EU accounting regulations.
- Anonymized analytics: aggregated usage data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely.
- Legal compliance records: data we are legally required to keep (fraud prevention, dispute records).
6. Active Subscriptions
If you have an active Pro subscription, please cancel it before requesting deletion, or include a cancellation request in your email. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Your Rights
Under KVKK (Turkey) and GDPR (EU), you also have the right to access, rectify, restrict, or export your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details, or contact [email protected].
