If you are not satisfied with FixAxis Pro, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.
2. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] from the address registered to your account, including:
- Account email
- Order/transaction date
- Reason (optional but appreciated)
We process refunds within 14 calendar days using the same payment method as the original transaction.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your auto-renewing subscription anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until then.
4. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. Renewal charges are not eligible for refund under the 14-day guarantee unless you cancel within 14 days of the renewal date and have not used the Service materially in that period.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Disputes filed without prior contact may result in account suspension.
6. Free Plan
The Free plan is, by nature, free of charge and not subject to refund.
