This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded between the Seller and the Buyer in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

2. Subject
This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the digital subscription service (“Service”) the Buyer ordered electronically through https://fixaxis.fit, in accordance with the Preliminary Information Form.
3. Service & Pricing
- Service: FixAxis digital subscription (Free or Pro tier).
- Pricing: As displayed on /pricing at checkout, including all applicable taxes.
- Billing cycle: monthly or yearly, auto-renewing until cancelled.
4. Payment
Payment is processed via the Seller’s payment partner (Stripe) at the time of order. The Buyer authorizes recurring charges for the selected billing cycle.
5. Delivery
The Service is delivered electronically and access is granted immediately upon successful payment. There is no physical shipment.
6. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this Agreement within fourteen (14) days from the date of order, without giving any reason, by sending notice to [email protected]. The Seller will refund all payments received within 14 days of the withdrawal notice using the same payment method.
Important: Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately upon the consumer’s express prior consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost. By starting to use the Service, the Buyer expressly consents to immediate performance and acknowledges that the statutory right of withdrawal may be limited accordingly. 7. Cancellation & Termination
The Buyer may cancel the recurring subscription at any time from the dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved before the consumer arbitration committees (İl/İlçe Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) and consumer courts having jurisdiction at the Buyer’s residence or at the Seller’s registered office, in accordance with the monetary thresholds published annually by the Ministry of Trade.
9. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (natural disaster, war, government action, internet outage, etc.).
10. Acceptance
By completing checkout, the Buyer confirms having read and accepted this Agreement and the Preliminary Information Form.
