- Paid subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your dashboard.

7. Health Disclaimer
FixAxis content is educational. Exercise carries inherent risks of injury. You are solely responsible for assessing your own fitness, listening to your body, and stopping if you experience pain or discomfort. FixAxis is not liable for injuries arising from use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixAxis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall be resolved before the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts of İstanbul in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection.
